How do I determine whether I need "left" or "right"?

The side designation always refers to the direction of travel. Stand on the scooter as if you were riding. Your left hand is on the left side.

Are the reflectors (cat's eyes) included?

No, this is usually just the black plastic molded part. The orange or yellow reflector can usually be reused from the old part or must be ordered separately.

Will this part also fit the Ninebot ES1 or ES2?

No. Although they look similar, the E-series models (E22/25/45) have slightly different dimensions than the older ES-series. Please use the corresponding parts for ES models.
